New project:
• Research the feasibility of new projects.
• Propose the Operating Unit & Brand to the Board of Directors.
• Ensure commercial terms for Technical Services and Commissioning Contracts are negotiated fairly to deliver the best financial benefit for the project.
Projects before going into operation:
• Participate in the construction progress and preparation work with the Project Operating Unit (Operator) to bring the project into operation on schedule and important milestones.
• Interview and approve General Director/Foreign Personnel/Senior Management for all active projects.
• Review and approve OS&E (Materials, Operating Equipment) proposals from the Project Operating Unit for new open projects.
• Review and monitor the approved Pre-Opening Budget in accordance with construction progress and opening time.
• Designing business organization and restaurant operations according to high-class standards (Michelin).
Projects in operation:
• Review and propose to the Board of Directors the annual budget, business plan and capital increase of active projects.
• Monitor that product quality and service standards are met in all areas of the business units.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs to protect the business unit's physical assets.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and yield management efforts to maximize revenue generation and occupancy levels.
• Work closely with the General Property Manager to ensure optimal staffing levels relative to volume and productivity levels in all areas of the business unit.
• Ensure that cash flow forecasts are maintained up to date and maximize cash flow performance of operating units.
• Participate in monthly business activities with business units and make recommendations to ensure that the approved budget is met or that any adjustments to both revenue and expenses are necessary .
