Senior Channel Development (Education Partners)
Team: Channel Sales - Business Development
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
The role:
We are looking for a Senior Channel Development who is accountable for building and leading the sale channels in day - to- day activities at ELSA.
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. Network in education is a plus
- Work with some partners and affiliates to distribute ELSA's product to English centers and schools.
- Understand customer and business needs to find go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, has understandings about channel development, in education - edtech is a plus
- Has experience in teaching English is a plus
- Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
- Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel, cross cultural communication, fluent in written and spoken English, self motivated.
- Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment
- An "A-team" player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
