【JOB MISSION】
Working alongside the Channel
Marketing Manager and Channel MKT team to support team operations.
【JOB DESCRIPTION】
1. Channel MKT and Visual Merchandise Support
-Coordinate with suppliers on POSM production, delivery, and timeline.
-Follow up on quotations, samples, and quality checks.
-Assist in coordination, material preparation, and tracking progress.
-Track inventory of POSM and marketing materials.
-2D graphic design support; resize graphics following the main key visual.
2. Payment & Admin Support
-Prepare PR/PO requests and follow up on payment status.
-Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
-Support inbound/outbound requests and ensure proper documentation.
3. Daily Sales Tracking Report
-Consolidate sell-in / sell-out data from relevant channels.
-Update daily reports for the Channel MKT team.
4. Event & Campaign Support
-Assist in on-site setup and coordination for events and activations.
-Work with the team to monitor campaign execution and collect results
