The Chef De Partie - Indian Kitchen is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a range of Indian dishes. This role involves overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and working closely with other chefs to ensure high food quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to manage and motivate junior kitchen commis.

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
