Perform the medium preparation task professionally, accurately, honestly and safely
Preparing suitable equipments, RO water before preparation of medium
Weighing, coding as the required specifications and within the required time frame. Make sure the medium is prepared on time and correctly
Label each medium container with the unique media identity
Keep all records and notebooks in good order including date of prepare, date of storage and medium storage location.
Support leader to clean the room and transfer medium from media preparation room to the sample preparation room.
Ensure that the media preparation room is kept tidy and that all equipment is switched off at the end of the day
Comply with QHSE policy
Cooperating with other teams to reach target
Other duties as requested by Supervisor
