Role Overview
As Chief Accountant, you'll lead our Accounting department, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and robust internal controls. You'll report directly to the COO of Operations and manage a team of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
Oversee month‐end, quarter‐end, and year‐end closing activities.
Prepare statutory and management reports under VAS (and IFRS when required).
System & Process Management
Lead continuous improvement of accounting processes and SAP B1 workflows.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Compliance & Control
Ensure adherence to Vietnam's accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
Team Leadership
Mentor, train, and evaluate accounting staff; build clear career development paths.
Allocate resources and balance workloads to meet deadlines.
Financial Analysis & Planning
Analyze cost, revenue, and profitability trends; support budgeting and forecasting.
Provide actionable insights to senior management
