Review all accounting documents before monthly closing
Control VAT, CIT, and PIT tax declarations, ensuring accurate and timely submission
Review and approve Financial Statements
Establish internal control checklists for each accounting function
Verify and reconcile receivables/payables, inventory, and fixed assets
Work directly with tax authorities during tax audits and explanations
Provide accounting guidance and training to accounting staff
Keep up to date with changes in tax policies and accounting standards
Proactively identify accounting and tax risks and propose appropriate solutions
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting; having obtained or currently pursuing a Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred
Proficient in foreign languages: English or Chinese (listening & speaking)
Proficient in accounting software (MISA, Fast, or equivalent systems)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and office applications
Strong skills in internal control, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis
Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
Able to work under high pressure, especially during month-end closing and tax finalization periods
