• Build-up and manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles and government law and respond to issue financial and internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
• Control budget and cash flow to save costs and increase productivity.
• Ensure statutory accounts are completed in accordance with Accounting Standards for reporting.
• Review and maintain up-to-date all accounting and operational control policies.
• Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
• Manage and eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk...
• Liaise regularly with internal auditors to ensure an efficient audit process.
• Develop and implement recommendations for internal control efficiency and improvement across the company.
• Work closely with other colleagues within the Group to support continuous improvement.
• Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by Director and Group CFO.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and at least 3-5 years of experience in the same position levels.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting policies, and professional certifications in accounting and finance (priority Chief accountant certification).
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis. Highly proficient Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,...)
- Well-organized, hard-working, careful, keen on details, responsible, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Capable of communicating clearly to different depts and BU within the company.
- Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful, and practical.
