PFV is the Vietnam subsidiary of POSCO FLOW Co., Ltd., the integrated logistics arm of the POSCO Group, providing freight forwarding, ocean/inland transport and end-to-end cargo solutions to POSCO Group affiliates and third-party customers in Vietnam.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant / General Accountant cum HR & Admin to take ownership of accounting, tax, treasury, HR and general administration for PFV Vietnam. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role reporting to the General Director and working closely with Korean senior management and the parent company's finance team. Candidates who are qualified and hold a Chief Accountant Certificate may be appointed as the company's legal Chief Accountant; General Accountant-level candidates are also encouraged to apply. Experience in an FDI (especially Korean/Japanese) or logistics/shipping environment is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full set of accounts and financial reporting under Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS); manage monthly/quarterly/annual closing, reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Manage AP/AR, vendor and customer reconciliations, and freight-related settlements with shipping lines and agents.
• Handle all tax compliance and filings (VAT, PIT), and take end-to-end ownership of CIT, FCT and DTA matters - declarations, finalisation and exemption/refund dossiers for overseas counterparties - plus transfer pricing documentation and e-invoicing.
• Manage cash flow, banking transactions, cross-border remittances and FX compliance, including the direct investment capital account.
• Coordinate the annual statutory audit and liaise with tax authorities, DPI, DOLISA and social insurance agencies; maintain IRC/ERC and licences.
• Run full-cycle HR: payroll, labour contracts, social/health/unemployment insurance, work permits for Korean expatriates, HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Oversee general office administration: leases, vendors, procurement, company events and corporate documentation.
• Build and improve finance/HR/admin controls, approval workflows and drive digitalisation.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for the parent company and act as the finance point of contact with the Korea head office.

• 4-5+ years in accounting, tax and finance, including 1-2 years in a Chief Accountant or supervisory role; proven experience managing a full set of accounts in Vietnam through to audited financials.
• Hands-on exposure to HR and general office administration; experience liaising with auditors, banks, tax consultants and government authorities.
• Strong knowledge of VAS and Vietnamese tax law (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, DTA, transfer pricing); working knowledge of the Labour Code and social insurance rules.
• Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, Fast, Bravo, SAP or equivalent) and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Chief Accountant Certificate is a strong advantage (mandatory if appointed as legal Chief Accountant); ACCA/CPA in progress or completed is a plus.
• Good English required; Korean language ability is a significant advantage.
• High independence, ownership mindset, strong communication with non-finance and non-Vietnamese stakeholders, and discretion with confidential information.
