1. Accounting & Finance Management
• Oversee and manage all accounting operations of the company
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage P&L, cost analysis, and financial reporting
• Handle cash flow management and fund operations
• Budget planning and performance analysis
2. Tax & Compliance
• Manage VAT, CIT, PIT declarations and tax compliance
• Handle tax audits and financial audits
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and related regulations
• Manage import-related tax and customs cost accounting
3. E-commerce & Distribution Accounting
• Settlement management for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other E-commerce platforms
• Reconcile online sales revenue and operational costs
• Sales analysis and profitability management by distribution channels
• Inventory and logistics-related accounting control
4. Team Management & Internal Control
• Lead and manage the accounting team
• Build and improve internal control systems
• Operate and improve ERP and accounting systems
• Reporting to management and headquarters
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an E-commerce company (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing Chief Accountant responsibilities (required)
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations
• Experience in import/distribution business accounting
• Good English communication skills (email and business discussion level or above)
