1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Book and check all accounting transactions arising daily/monthly/yearly.
- Manage account receivable & account payable.
- Responsible for managing various reports in accordance with IFRS and VAS.
- Deal with external auditors, bankers and other relevant parties.
- Develop and implement improvements within the accounting implement procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations.
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, accounting regulations, and securities industry requirements issued by MOF, SSC, and the Stock Exchange.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT), financial disclosures, and SSC reports.
Yêu cầu
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
Chief Accountant Certification required.
CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
Experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years in a supervisory or chief accountant role, preferably in a securities company, bank, or financial institution.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of VAS, tax laws, and capital market regulations.
Experience in handling accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with SSC regulations, stock trading systems, and investor account structures.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
