- You have demonstrable experience (3-5 years) in the field of Finance, Accounting or PMO, preferably background in FMCG and project management
- You have demonstrable experience working collaboratively with lean or entrepreneurial teams
- Good understanding and experience of Agile development practices and ways of working
- You have strong stakeholder management skills to drive and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders in the Programmes, OpCos, Regions and Global functions
- You have distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with third party vendors & suppliers, e.g. in managing and coordinating them effectively
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and applications (Excel/PowerBI)
- Knowledge on Reporting & Accounting (balance sheet/P&L/CF understanding)
Entrepreneurial spirit: able to identify innovation and sharing opportunities across HEINEKEN, able to bring in best practises from outside of HEINEKEN as well as copying best practises from around the HEINEKEN world
