Chief Accountant

As Chief Accountant, you will take full responsibility for accounting operations, including hands-on data entry and reporting for company projects. The role primarily supports Lotte Land, and secondarily An Hung (until its project reaches the sales launch phase)
• Handle accounting tasks primarily for Lotte Land and partially for An Hung company (only until the project is launched for sale)
• Making monthly financial statements (Balance sheet, Income Statement etc, )
• Directly input accounting data into the system
• Checking invoices and related document and making transaction payments
• Preparing tax declaration reports (VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT)
• Preparing monthly closing entries and monthly reconciliations of general accounts
• Compliance, auditing & liaison with external parties: Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, vendors...
• Update and implement new legal regulations related to accounting, finance
• Financial advisory to management: Support strategic expansion planning and financial risk control
• Other duties assigned by Financial Manager.
