Chief Accountant

Saigon Fruits Co. develops and exports fruit-based consumer products under our brands Naturala, MangoStars, and Mangocho. Our products reach customers in Australia, the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, and Spain. The company is backed by parent and sister companies in Europe and the UAE and is expanding rapidly into new markets.
We are looking for a Chief Accountant to own the financial operations of the company. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. As the business grows and export volumes increase, so will the complexity and scope of your work.

Accounting & Reporting
• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS)
• Handle tax declarations and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow reporting
• Coordinate and support annual audits
Export Operations Support
• Process and verify export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, letters of credit
• Coordinate with logistics on financial aspects of shipments
• Track and reconcile international payments in USD and other currencies
• Liaise with our European parent company on intercompany accounting matters
Financial Planning & Controls
• Support the Director with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Maintain internal financial controls and flag risks proactively
• Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, and auditors
