Chief Accountant

Position Objective
• Set up the accounting system, accounting policies and relevant forms
• Review and approve AP, AR, general journal vouchers with correct analysis codes into general ledger
• Oversee month-end closing and reconciliation process
• Manage periodic declaration and year-end finalization of PIT, VAT, CIT, FCWT, update new tax regulation to internal teams
• Manage annual transfer pricing report, local file and master file; QDMTT and relevant issues.
• Responsible for working with the tax authorities during tax finalization audits upon request
• Oversee banking and treasury issues: payment, FX dealing, time deposit, loan application....
• Manage VAS reports, head quarter's IFRS and TMS reports, Project Profit & Loss report, Cashflow report, Annual Business Plan report and other analysis reports requested
• Prepare business forecast on monthly basis
• Prepare annual business plan and budget; Control actual expense vs. approved budget
• Manage year-end audit and work with Independent Audit Professional Firm to issue Annual Audited Report as required
• Review and provide insights for commercial contracts such as project investment contract, marketing service contract, distribution license agreement..., legal issues
• Manage and coach accounting staffs; Identify and propose to GD additional staffing needs when necessary
