JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and supervise the activities of the Accounting Department in accordance with Accounting standards, legal regulations and Company regulations.
Implement and inspect monthly tax declaration records, monthly financial reports, fiscal year tax settlement records, and annual financial reports.
Inspect, supervise and be responsible for Accounting - Tax - Finance data
Be responsible for explaining and explaining records and data of Tax inspections, Audits to competent authorities
Plan and monitor annual, quarterly and monthly budget activities.
Prepare financial reports, consolidated reports, and business performance reports for the Board of Directors
Advise the Board of Directors on building a Financial Management system and internal management processes in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the business characteristics of the Company.
Overall responsibility for the storage of records, vouchers, documents, books and Accounting - Tax - Finance data of the Company.
Control the implementation of cost norms and propose optimal solutions.
Implement training plans, foster, improve qualifications, and build a team of accounting staff in the Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Have at least 05 years of experience as a
General Accountant, including 03 years of experience as a Chief Accountant;
Have a Chief Accountant certificate
Have experience working for Japanese or foreign companies
Proficiency in accounting software Fast, Misa, ...
Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Compliance skills
Experience in managing financial transactions and preparing financial reports
Knowledge of accounting regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency is an advantage;
