• Supervises the daily accounting operations
• Prepares timetable for completing monthly reports and work schedules
• Be responsible for preparation of the various monthly reports as required by Management
• Performs a financial analysis on a monthly statements and report the results to the Director of Finance
• Assist the Director of Finance in checking and investigating whether purchase requisitions fall in capital expenditure or expense budgets
• Ensures sub-ledges and supporting evidence are in order and properly maintained to support the general ledger
• Safeguards all contracts and agreements and to supervise the necessary accounting procedures and the preparation of accounting ledgers and summaries
• Performs other duties as required by the Director of Finance
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the position.
