The Chief Accountant is in charge of all the activities at Accountant department. She will have a chance to learn many parts of finance & accountancy of construction/ BMB field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review accounting entries input in FAST system to make sure all accounting transactions are complete and timely recorded according to accounting regulations and company requirements
Responsible for annual budgeting, cash flow and monitor monthly forecast.
Responsible for financial reports monthly and following P/L by projects, control and monitor financial closing reporting process.
Manage daily cash and expenses
Keep tracking each project to record revenue and corresponding cost accurately and timely
Reviewing the reconciles AR for each project, preparing overdue debts for each project to control collecting receivables
Keep tracking and controlling inventory, work in process and cost of goods sold
Checking tax reports monthly, quarterly and submitting on time. Update tax regulation to manager, accounting and other departments. Manage risk of tax in the business activities
Implementation guidance, solving arising problems related to accounting. Review fully records the financial accounting transactions from accounting staffs.
Coordinate with other departments to establish processes, regulations, reviewing the contract from other departments
Coordinate with the banks for credit borrowing and dealing interest rate.
Prepare tax report (VAT, FCT, CIT), regulatory statistics report, Dealing with external auditor and tax officer
Take general responsibility, organize and operate the accounting system, ensure general accounting activities are done smoothly and in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards, regulations of the Ministry of Finance and group policies.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Proactively coordinate with team members, other internal and external stakeholders to resolve and improve any matters relating to payment, invoicing and collection process and accounting system
Requirements:
University degree in Accountant
At least 4 years' experience in the same position
Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
Good knowledge of Vietnamese law, PIT law and other regulations
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
The ability to handle the situation, collect and process information.
Good teamwork and individual solving problems.
