- Arrange and manage the work schedules of technical staff, supervise employees.
- Manage administrative tasks within technical function.
- Assist the Management Board in supervising contractors for interior decoration, maintenance, and upkeep of technical systems, equipment, and public facilities.
- Work closely with other departments to address technical issues and handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Organize and perform maintenance and repairs for technical systems, equipment, and public facilities according to approved plans.
- Supervise interior decoration by contractors, assign staff to inspect apartment interior construction at least twice a day, promptly identify, address, and report any violations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by higher managers.
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
- College's degree or higher majoring Electrical - Electronics.
- At least 3 years of experience in operating and managing apartment building technical systems.
- Having certificates in the fields of Construction,
Electrical Engineering or Water associated with apartment building is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
