Ensure projects operate in accordance with set standards, daily operation as well as periodic maintenance of the system.
Plan to check and evaluate the system status and make recommendations and solutions for implementation.
Manage records, inspect fire protection as required by fire protection laws and ensure complete updates.
Periodically work with the authorities; the fire prevention and fighting police, environmental agencies, etc.; plan the training of fire prevention and fighting, diplomatic relations with government agencies; electricity, fire protection, water supply, etc.
Check and approve drawings, construction registration of contractors working in the building.
Prepare annual budget for operation and maintenance of technical systems of each project, and monthly budget, ensure effective operating budget.
Report and promptly handle important issues affecting the technical system.
Perform other tasks assigned by higher managers.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Bachelor's degree or higher majoring Electrical - Electronics.
At least 3 years of experience in related role.
Having certificates in the fields of Construction,
Electrical Engineering or Water associated with apartment building is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
