1. Job Description
A. Executive Support & Administration
Manage and organize the Director's work schedule, meeting calendar, and business trips.
Prepare documents and materials, and take meeting minutes for strategic meetings and production briefings.
Monitor and follow up with relevant departments (Production, Agriculture, Sales, Human Resources) to ensure the Director's instructions are implemented on schedule.
Receive, categorize, and conduct preliminary reviews of proposals and official documents from departments before submission to the Director for approval.
B. Legal & Compliance
Drafting & Legal Review: Draft and/or review the legal validity of various contracts, including sugarcane procurement agreements, material supply contracts, import-export contracts, and labor contracts.
Legal Advisory: Advise the Director on legal matters related to sugar production and business operations, including Land Law (raw material areas), Environmental Protection Law (factory waste treatment), and Food Safety regulations.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks in business operations and propose preventive and mitigation measures.
Legal Representation: Support or represent the Company, under authorization, in resolving disputes, complaints, or working with relevant government authorities when required.
C. External & Internal Relations
Support the Director in building and maintaining relationships with the Vietnam Sugarcane and Sugar Association, local government authorities, and strategic partners.
Coordinate with the Legal Department (if applicable) and external legal consultants to handle complex legal matters.
2. Candidate Requirements
Year of Birth: 1984-1994
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (Economic Law, Civil Law, or related fields).
At least 5 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, or Executive Assistant roles within manufacturing companies; experience in agriculture, food, or FMCG industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Law on Enterprises, Investment Law, Land Law, and import-export regulations.
Skills
Logical Thinking & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret legal documents and apply legal regulations effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Drafting Skills: Ability to prepare clear, concise, and legally sound documents, contracts, and proposals.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills when working with government authorities and effective negotiation skills in contractual matters.
English Proficiency: Fluent in English; candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certifications are preferred, particularly for handling sugar export contracts.
Personal Attributes
Absolute confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to raw material areas or factory sites when required.
Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible.
