Mô tả công việc
1. Responsibilities:
1.1.Financial strategy
+ Analyze the financial situation of the School to develop appropriate strategies.
+ Plan and evaluate the School's financial activities.
+ Design tuition packages are suitable for the strategy to attract students.
1.2.Building financial plans
+ Establish contingency funding plans for unexpected situations or sudden financial needs.
+ Ensure liquidity maintenance, safe capital flow, and sufficient financial resources for the School's operations.
+ Ensure the School's assets and capital are under control and utilized reasonably and profitably.
+ Develop and implement cash management policies to ensure adequate funds to meet short-term payment needs.
1.3.The accounting task and other tasks
+ Monitor and take responsibility for the School's accounting-related activities.
+ Report to the Board of Directors at each stage on the School's operational situation.
+ Perform other delegated tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc
2. Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
+ Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
+ At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and reasoning skills.
+ Leadership ability and the capacity to collaborate with other departments.
+ Preference for candidates with prior experience in international schools.
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
