The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, M&A, capital management. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. This involves making decisions on capital structure, financing, and financial risk management.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to provide insights into the company's future financial performance.
Analyzing financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting:
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This includes preparing financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
Identifying and assessing financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. Overseeing internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Monitor and manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial investments
Capital Management: Managing the company's capital structure, including decisions related to debt and equity financing. Optimizing the cost of capital to support business growth and profitability.
Treasury Management: Managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and investments. Optimizing working capital to ensure the organization has the necessary funds for its operations.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Playing a key role in M&A activities by evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the financial integration of acquired companies.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and other relevant laws. Staying informed about changes in regulations and adapting financial strategies accordingly.
Investor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts. Communicating the company's financial performance, strategy, and prospects to the investment community.
Sustainability and ESG: Integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into financial decision-making. Addressing the company's impact on sustainability and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Other tasks will be assigned by CEO
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field. Prefer CPA, CFA Certificate
Proven verbal and written bilingual abilities (Vietnamese/English)
Knowledge of all businesses (Manufacturing, Finance, Construction, Engineering...)
At least 15 year experience in Finance management level
