Chief Financial Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team of a Vingroup member company. As a key leader in this new business, you will build the financial foundation, shape growth strategy, and establish scalable financial systems. You will partner closely with the Board and senior management to turn ambitious business plans into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business growth.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
Monitor business performance, define KPIs, and drive data-based decision-making.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and management reporting.
Establish scalable finance policies, systems, and governance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
Partner with key stakeholders and investors, supporting fundraising and capital planning.
Undertake other strategic finance responsibilities as the business evolves.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a senior finance leadership role in large or high-growth organizations is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in financial strategy, business optimization, and capital management.
Experience supporting fundraising or financing activities is highly desirable.
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, ICAEW) are an advantage.
Strong analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Vietnamese and international accounting standards.
