Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all core departments (Sales, Rental, Property Management, and Admin).
- Oversee the full integration and 100% team adoption of CRM systems and internal management tools.
- Streamline the lead-routing and inventory management processes to ensure high efficiency, zero lead leakage, and complete data transparency.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align internal teams (local Vietnamese and expat staff) by establishing clear roles, communication protocols, and regular leadership meetings.
- Work closely with the Re-Sale Director, Rent Director, Director of VN office to ensure that front-office sales efforts are fully supported by robust back-office operational infrastructure.
- Support all Directors to work and negotiate with Developers, Agents in business activities of the company.
- Track and manage the performance of various departments through clear, measurable KPIs and weekly dashboards.
3. Asset & Portfolio Management
- Oversee the operational handling of a large portfolio of properties, ensuring rapid turnaround for rentals, secondary sales, and developer handovers.
- Implement data-driven tracking for inventory liquidity, pricing audits, and document preparation.
4. Reporting & Strategy Execution
- Act as the primary operational liaison to the Board of Directors and the CEO.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly performance dashboards (financials, sales pipelines, operational bottlenecks).
- Translate long-term strategic company goals into actionable 90-day execution plans and ensure they are met on time.
Candidate Requirements: - Experience: 7+ years of senior operational, general management, or C-level experience, preferably in Real Estate, Asset Management, or Investment firms in Vietnam.
- Languages: Fluent English and Vietnamese (mandatory) for seamless internal reporting and team management.
Skills: - Proven track record of implementing CRM systems and operational frameworks from scratch.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to oversee complex real estate portfolios.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling cross-cultural teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build and analyze operational dashboards.
- Personality: Highly organized, systematic, authoritative yet collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Working Conditions: - Salary: Highly competitive Base Salary (60-80 mln vnd per month gross) + Performance-based bonuses (Negotiable based on experience and interview results).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
