Position Summary
TSARSI is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing a technology strategy that supports TSARSI's rapid growth, improves operational efficiency, protects company data, and leverages Artificial Intelligence to create competitive advantages across all business units.
This role will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and will work closely with the CEO, General Manager, Operations Leaders, and Client-Facing Teams to identify opportunities where technology can dramatically improve productivity, reduce labor dependency, increase quality, and accelerate growth.
The successful candidate must be equally comfortable discussing executive strategy, organizational leadership, AI transformation, software architecture, and hands-on technology implementation.
Key Objectives
Year 1 Success Metrics
Within the first 12 months, the CTO will:
• Establish enterprise AI governance and security policies.
• Eliminate unauthorized use of personal AI accounts for company work.
• Implement approved company-wide AI platforms and controls.
• Build TSARSI's Technology & AI Roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across every department.
• Launch at least 3 major AI or automation initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Build and lead TSARSI's internal technology organization.
• Create cybersecurity and data protection standards.
• Establish technology KPIs and executive reporting.
• Deliver measurable reductions in labor-intensive processes.
Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
• Develop and execute TSARSI's long-term technology strategy.
• Align technology investments with business growth objectives.
• Serve as executive advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead technology budgeting and investment decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
AI & Automation Strategy
• Build and execute TSARSI's Artificial Intelligence strategy.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows.
• Deploy AI solutions across operations, customer service, training, recruiting, project management, and estimating services.
• Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and development tools.
• Establish governance around AI usage, security, and compliance.
• Create measurable productivity improvements through technology adoption.
Technology Operations
• Oversee all software systems, applications, and integrations.
• Improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Drive cloud and infrastructure strategy.
Cybersecurity & Data Governance
• Develop cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Protect company intellectual property and client data.
• Establish access controls and user governance.
• Conduct technology risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class technology organization.
• Define future technology team structure.
• Mentor technical leaders and managers.
