Role Description The Real Estate Market Research Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the real estate market to support BIM Group's investment and business decisions. This full-time, on-site role is based in District 4 (Quận 4) and involves conducting market surveys, monitoring trends in property prices, supply and demand, and competitor activities. The role includes preparing regular reports, forecasts, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders, as well as supporting feasibility studies for new projects.
The specialist collaborates with project development, sales, and finance teams to provide data-driven insights and ensure that project strategies align with market conditions. The role also involves maintaining updated databases, verifying data accuracy, and recommending timely adjustments to real estate strategies based on market research findings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including experience in market data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report writing.
Candidates should possess skills in real estate market understanding, including knowledge of property types, regulatory frameworks, valuation principles, and local market dynamics.
Candidates should possess skills in data tools and technology, such as proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization software, and online research platforms.
Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, present findings to non-technical audiences, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple research projects, meet deadlines, and work systematically with large volumes of information.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Prior experience in real estate market research, investment analysis, or consulting is strongly preferred.
Ability to work on-site in District 4, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and good command of English for reading industry reports and communicating with partners is an advantage.
