Job summary
People & Operations Executive will undertake a wide range of People department tasks, like ensuring compliance and organizational reporting are accurate, and acting as the main point of contact for employees' queries. You will lead all talent acquisition efforts, organizational training, administer employee benefits and leave of absence.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (50%)
Understand deeply the actual organizational structure of all departments in the company as well as the headcount of each department
Establish and execute culturally appropriate talent recruitment campaigns
Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle for different types of positions (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates)
Employee Experience (40%)
Keep track of and analyze People metrics (e.g. Performance, Habit tracking,...)
Research, propose ideas and execute develop applications (automated workflow...)
Modernize and optimize HR systems, including payroll and applicant-tracking software and implementing automation and workflows for a more seamless employee experience
Execute and operate cross-cultural programs, events to engage employees, and bring core values into the life of PATI
Treat employees as internal customers and increase their satisfaction
Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech
Managing the employee journey from beginning to end
Others (10%)
Perform other administrative tasks

Job summary
We are looking for an extremely careful, detailed, proactive individual with good problem-solving ability to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This is a versatile position that plays a crucial role in supporting customer service issues and ensuring ecommerce orders are processed efficiently and accurately, delivered on time. This person will not only maintain an excellent working relationship with our customer service team but also need to connect with our fulfillment team and new suppliers to support them so that they may deliver excellent experiences for our customers.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support
Take care of customer inquiries & problems and suggest solutions for each case
Cooperate with Line Manager to train and support the Romote CS team in handling customer issues to minimize risks
2. Fulfillment
Working closely with suppliers to make sure daily orders are fulfilled accurately
Track and resolve unfulfilled or problematic shipping orders, ensuring all orders are delivered successfully
Export orders, calculate costs, and upload tracking numbers
Conduct regular audits of supplier inventory levels to maintain the highest accuracy

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Market Research and Analysis
