Plan and manage tendering/bidding activities for factory construction hookup, renovation, office, and infrastructure projects.
Analysis RFQ/RFP documentation, evaluation criteria, and tender schedules.
Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and perform total cost analysis.
Procure Project of Facility construction hookup, GA, Logistics, and IT equipment and other services.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and contracts.
Monitor contract execution, project progress, acceptance, and payment processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational background:
· Bachelor's Degree (Business or Economics, Technology-related major).
2. Experiences:
· Hands-on experience in Facility construction hookup, GA/Logistic services, and IT hookup.
· At least 5 years' work experience.
· Experience in bidding for several services and construction fields
3. Skills:
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
· Strong negotiation, team collaboration, effective communication & presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office
4. Others:
· Ability to work effectively across cultures and countries.
