Design visual content for social media
Create website graphics, banners, landing pages, and UI elements optimized for user experience.
Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for blog posts and marketing materials.
Ideate and execute creative concepts that drive community engagement and virality.
Adapt and optimize designs for each social platform (X, Telegram, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Stay ahead of the latest design trends in cryptocurrency, Web3, and social media.
Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Yêu cầu
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong advantage).
- Strong skills in Figma and UI design (layout, components, basic UX).
- Must bring your own laptop to the office.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Good communication, teamwork, and independent working capability.
- Strong portfolio required (branding, digital design, UI case studies).
- Basic English proficiency
- CV must be submitted in English.
Preferred Requirements (Bonus):
- Professional video editing / motion graphics skills.
- Proficient with AI design tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Kling, etc.).
- Previous experience designing for Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects.
- Proven track record creating infographics, key visuals, or brand identities for crypto projects.

Salary range: 12,000,000 - 17,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio).
1-month probation at 85% salary; lunch allowance starts upon signing official contract.
