3. Requirements
• Education:
- University/Degree in Technical Engineering like: Mechanical Engineering; Electric Engineering; Industrial Engineering.
- Preferred if have training/certification of LEAN manufacturing; Six Sigma.
• Experience
- At least 03 years' experience as Process Engineer; Industrial Engineer in manufacturing company. Preferred in WCM/Lean manufacturing plants.
• Skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Listen-written and oral)
- Can use Word, Excel, Powerpoint in making report; summary data in table, graph, etc.
- Good communication, integrity and responsible.
- Good at problem solving and analytical skills, able to analyze data/information from different areas of business.
- Time management, able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.
- Good at project management for improvement project.
- Can use Solid work; Auto Cad 2D/3D is a plus.
- Can use Lean tools; six sigma tools; 7 QC tool is a plus.
