I. Job Purpose:
To be responsible for assisting Line Manager on the management, development, maximize category sales, profit, trading income generation, stock, and support stores to achieve best operating result.
II. Job Accountabilities:
2.1. Administration:
Assisting on implementing category strategy.
Visits market and competitors and stores to initiate market trend and competitors operations and store execution.
Support Line Manager in:
Prepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Administration.
Summarize the documents related: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin.
Inform to suppliers all related progress (receiving-delivery, new item listing, item termination, etc.).
2.2. Sales & Stocks:
Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager
Get aging reports from Distribution Center/ Retail Support then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Diploma degree
Minimum 3 years working experience in Retail Operations or Merchandising or Marketing field
Basic communication skill in English and computer skills
Quick learning and hard-working
