• Participate in building annual/ quarterly/ monthly financial budget across departments
• Control and manage company costs in accordance with corporate budgets and operational forecasts
• Prepare management reports on a monthly basis or upon request, as well as standardize various financial reports for internal use
• Build, update and maintain financial models and provide detailed forecasts of the company's future performance
• Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities and spending efficiency
• Examine the financial feasibility and tracking performance of the initiative businesses
• Be a valued business partner with the BU by:
- Providing insightful and actionable business analysis;
- Helping identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings;
- Identifying and recommend potential process improvement in order to speed up decision making;
- Supporting BU in budgeting, monthly planning and forecasting
- Getting data (e.g. KPI and financial information, benchmarking, economy, market, etc.) to the people who need it in a timely and efficient way
• Develop and improve appropriate processes and procedures for working with related departments
•Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the team leader
