Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Ensure Gimo's business operations comply with applicable financial, data privacy, and corporate regulations at both local and international levels.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
Risk Management: As a member of the Risk Management Council, identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them while enabling business growth.
Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel on litigation and arbitration matters as required.
Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating internal policies to ensure legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Business teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Legal Research & Advisory: Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM). Qualified to practice law in Vietnam.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within fintech, banking, or corporate law firms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce regulations, data protection laws, and corporate governance.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts.
Strong ability to analyze legal issues and provide clear, business-oriented solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters with accuracy and efficiency.
A practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
