MỤC ĐÍCH
Thiết kế & Lập kế hoạch: Phân tích dữ liệu, nghiên cứu tính khả thi, vẽ bản vẽ kỹ thuật, dự trù chi phí và quản lý ngân sách.
Thi công & Giám sát: Quản lý tiến độ,
giám sát hiện trường, hướng dẫn nhân công, kiểm tra chất lượng vật liệu và kết cấu.
Đảm bảo an toàn & Chất lượng: Tuân thủ quy định, tiêu chuẩn ngành, đánh giá rủi ro, đảm bảo công trình an toàn cho người sử dụng và môi trường.
Quản lý dự án: Phối hợp với các bên liên quan, lập báo cáo, giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh, đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành đúng hạn và ngân sách.
Đổi mới & Tối ưu hóa: Ứng dụng công nghệ mới (như BIM) để thiết kế thông minh hơn, tối ưu hóa quy trình và vật liệu.
TRÁCH NHIỆM - NHIỆM VỤ
Biết lập và kiểm tra hồ sơ dự toán, hồ sơ thiết kế, hồ sơ mời thầu, hồ sơ quyết toán.
Theo dõi, kiểm tra, giám sát tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường và phòng chống cháy nổ của dự án.
Nghiệm thu, bàn giao, quyết toán công trình.
Điều tiết kế hoạch & các nguồn lực của dự án & phối hợp các đơn vị triển khai nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ & chất lượng dự án.
Sắp xếp, thông báo & chuẩn bị tài liệu cho các buổi họp, trao đổi liên quan đến công việc dự án trong phạm vi được phân công.
Soát xét biện pháp thi công, hồ sơ vật liệu, xác nhận khối lượng thanh quyết toán cho các nhà thầu thi công.
Lập kế hoạch và quản lý tiến độ thi công.
Kiểm soát thiết kế, đề xuất chỉnh sửa bản vẽ theo thực tế.
Tham gia các cuộc họp với các đối tác hoặc đồng nghiệp liên quan.
Lập hồ sơ quản lý chất lượng, hồ sơ hoàn công, hồ sơ thanh quyết toán công trình.
Báo cáo trực tiếp với
Trưởng Ban Quản lý dự án.
Những công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên và Ban Giám Đốc.

ĐIỀU KIỆN - CHẾ ĐỘ LÀM VIỆC
Toàn thời gian cố định.
Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (Sáng từ 8:00 - 12:00 trưa, Chiều từ 12:30 - 5:00).
Được khám sức khỏe định kỳ theo quy định của Công ty.
Hưởng lương tháng 13 và các chế độ thưởng khác theo quy định của Công ty.
Được tham gia các hoạt động, các chương trình đào tạo theo quy chế của Công ty.

JOB PURPOSE
Design & Planning: Data analysis, feasibility study, technical drawing, cost estimation, and budget management.
Construction & Supervision: Progress management, site supervision, workforce guidance, material and structural quality inspection.
Safety & Quality Assurance: Compliance with regulations, industry standards, risk assessment, ensuring the project is safe for users and the environment.
Project Management: Coordination with stakeholders, reporting, resolving arising issues, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Innovation & Optimization: Applying new technologies (such as BIM) for smarter design, process, and material optimization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Know how to prepare and check cost estimate documents, design documents, bidding documents, and final settlement documents.
Monitor, inspect, and supervise the progress, quality, labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention of the project.
Accept, hand over, and settle the project.
Coordinate the project plan and resources and collaborate with units to ensure the project's progress and quality.
Arrange, notify, and prepare documents for meetings and exchanges related to the project work within the assigned scope.
Review construction methods, material documents, and confirm the settlement quantities for construction contractors.
Plan and manage construction progress.
Control design and propose drawing adjustments according to reality.
Participate in meetings with partners or related colleagues.
Prepare quality management records, completion records, and project settlement documents.
Report directly to the Project Management Head.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors.
CAREER PATH
Project Director or other positions in the Company depending on the employee's capabilities and the Company's orientation.
Team Leader / Construction Supervisor (Supervisor).
Project Manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Full time.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Annual health check as regulated by Law.
13th month salary and other benefits as Company's policy.
