SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST (LEAD GEN SPECIALIST)
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, incorporating new features and technologies into the overall strategy.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to foster community engagement.
3. Community Management:
Actively engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating and participating in conversations.
4. Campaign Development:
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader
marketing initiatives.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Influencer Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and credibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful
campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Handle and manage all social media accounts.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Job Responsibilities:
Report to Management team
Oversee Ad campaigns and strategies across a variety of channels
Plan, create and manage Google and Social Media Ad campaigns, not limited to Facebook
Conduct Keyword Research and Creation of Ads Copies.
Plan and manage SEO to increase organic search visibility and ranking
Build and maintain landing pages, building content and funnels
Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and company's business
Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Regularly review multi-channel analytics to track, report and recommend optimisation action plans
Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets
Requirements:
Minimum 2+YOE as an Performance Marketing Executive or a similar role:
University degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) is advantageous
Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
Proven track record in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
