Scheduling & Coordination
Create, update and manage weekly teaching schedules for full-time and part-time teachers.
Arrange substitute teachers when needed and coordinate with centers for scheduling changes.
Schedule placement tests and ensure appropriate teacher assignment.
Maintain real-time tracking of teacher availability, class needs and schedule adjustments.
Data & Reporting
Update and verify teaching hours records daily/weekly.
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate monthly timesheets for academic staff.
Maintain databases related to teacher schedules, availability, and classroom usage.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with center teams to collect scheduling requirements and resolve conflicts.
Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to teachers and relevant departments.
Support academic teams in optimizing schedules for operational efficiency.
Process Improvement
Follow and help refine scheduling procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Support development of standardized scheduling templates, tools and tracking systems
