Source, evaluate and develop suppliers for materials, factory items and equipment (local & overseas).
Compare pricing, delivery and trade terms; negotiate to select optimal suppliers.
Manage quotations,
purchasing contracts and supplier records.
Execute purchasing process: material code creation, PO issuance, payment, delivery and customs clearance.
Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Control purchased item quality and handle supplier issues.
Maintain purchasing data and records in ERP system.
Monitor inventory, conduct periodical market price research and cost optimization.
Prepare purchasing and supplier performance reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
2-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Sourcing (China & Taiwan suppliers are a plus).
English or Chinese skills.
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain and inventory management.
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
