Mô tả công việc:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales programs on our online marketplace platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Tiki, Amazon. Your main responsibilities will include listing management, sales monitoring, and reporting, proposing and implementing promotional campaigns, as well as planning and suggesting ideas to enhance brand recognition and drive ecommerce channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market research:

Analyzes market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify potential product opportunities.
Collect and analyze data on product performance, sales, and customer feedback to gain better understand about the business.

2. Listing management:

Create and enhance listings by precisely inputting product information such as titles, description, attributes, and other information, ensuring adherence to marketplace's guidelines and best practices.
Take charge of content. Ensure the content is search engine optimized to enhance visibility and search performance.
Regularly monitor product listing's performance to optimize the conversation rate and sale
Responsible for image display on assigned platforms involving brainstorming image concepts and designing them.

3. Manage stock and execute sales programs:

Implement, monitor on stock and sales activities on online marketplaces day to day.
Propose and execute promotional campaigns.
Plan and suggest ideas to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth on ecommerce channels.
Provide advice and respond to customer feedback regarding products on online marketplaces to optimize customer experience.
Prepare sale report by weeks, months, quarters.

• Probationary salary: Negotiable; 2 months probation.

Yêu cầu:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
Preferably working experience with keyword and Amazon marketplace.
Strong oral and written communication skill in English. Knowledge about American market is a plus.
Proficiency in basic design software (knowledge of using Canvas, Photoshop is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powder Point for data analysis and reporting.
Have logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong planning, and implementation skills.
