JOB DESCRIPTION
Objectives of this role
• To expand our network of partnerships with organizations in the education sector
• To promote our education solutions to schools, corporates, and public sectors, as well as B2C for overseas education programs
• To identify potential clients and partners in education sector and professional organizations and propose suitable solutions for collaboration and partnership
• To follow up potential clients and reach an MOU or a contract of partnership
• To collaborate with Program Managers, IT Manager, and CEO to meet clients' needs while balancing our resources.
• To maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services
• Provide excellent customer service and support for clients and other teams.
• Develop marketing materials and collateral to promote our education solutions
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
• Support the CEO in developing business plans, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and partners
• Be a positive change influencer and advocate for service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all business dealings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or senior management team

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles in the education sector (or B2B start-ups) preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization required
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, especially public sectors and government leaders
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Sharp negotiation, networking skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
• Experience in Edtech products such as digital language learning and English proficiency test preparation is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Open and receptive mindset to learn from others and pick up new, innovative ideas
• Proficiency with computers and various software packages, including Microsoft Office, custom databases, electronic mail and internet.
Relevant Certifications or qualifications in the field of education would be beneficial.

• Tối ưu hóa trang web và nội dung trực tuyến để cải thiện thứ hạng trên công cụ tìm kiếm, lưu lượng truy cập tự nhiên và tổng quan hiện diện trực tuyến (SEO). Optimize our website and online content to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility (SEO).
• Quản lý các chiến dịch trả tiền trên các nền tảng như Google Ads và quảng cáo trên mạng xã hội. Theo dõi ngân sách và hiệu suất quảng cáo để tối đa hóa ROI. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising. Monitor budget and ad performance to maximize ROI.
• Báo cáo thường xuyên hiệu suất hoạt động, phân tích các chỉ số quan trọng và đưa ra các đề xuất để tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch trong tương lai. Prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Quản lý và duy trì các tài khoản trực tuyến của công ty (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok...), theo dõi hiệu suất để tăng nhận diện thương hiệu và nuôi dưỡng mối quan hệ với khách hàng. Manage and maintain our digital accounts (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok...), performance tracking to increase brand awareness and foster client relationships.
• Thực thi những công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý. Other scopes assigned by line manager.
• Đưa ra những ý tưởng về góc độ Digital Marketing với mục đích tăng trải nghiệm khách hàng, tối đa hóa lượng khách hàng mục tiêu và thúc đẩy doanh thu. Provide ideas from a Digital Marketing perspective to increase customer experience, maximize target customers, and drive reve.

REQUIREMENTS
• Kiến thức chuyên sâu về truyền thông mạng xã hội. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Hiểu biết về SEO/SEM và các chiến dịch quảng cáo online. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns.
