• QA/QC System Implementation & Oversight: Establish, implement, and monitor the QA/QC system throughout the construction process in accordance with project standards, codes, and specifications.
• Kiểm tra, nghiệm thu chất lượng vật tư đầu vào, công tác thi công và các hạng mục xây dựng; phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề chất lượng phát sinh tại công trường.
• Quality Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials, execution works, and structural items; coordinate the resolution of quality issues arising on site.
• Theo dõi công tác thí nghiệm vật liệu, kiểm tra hiện trường và giám sát việc khắc phục các điểm không phù hợp.
• Testing & Non-Conformance Management: Oversee material testing and field inspections; supervise the execution of corrective actions for non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Lập, kiểm soát và hoàn thiện hồ sơ chất lượng, hồ sơ nghiệm thu, hồ sơ hoàn công và tài liệu bàn giao dự án.
• Quality Documentation & Handover: Compile, control, and finalize quality records, inspection and test records (ITRs), as-built documentation, and project handover packages.
• Phối hợp với Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát, Nhà thầu và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ và yêu cầu kỹ thuật của dự án.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with the Employer, Supervision Consultant, Contractors, and relevant departments to ensure adherence to quality, progress, and technical requirements
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng Dân dụng & Cầu đường, Kỹ thuật Xây dựng hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Highway/Bridge Engineering, Construction Engineering, or relevant majors.
• Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC xây dựng tại các dự án cầu đường, đường sắt.
Minimum 03 years of experience as a Construction QA/QC Engineer on bridge, highway, or railway projects.
• Am hiểu quy trình QA/QC, tiêu chuẩn thi công, nghiệm thu và hồ sơ chất lượng công trình.
In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, inspection/acceptance protocols, and quality documentation.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sử dụng AutoCAD và Microsoft Office.
Proficient in reading technical drawings; skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm, có kỹ năng phối hợp với nhà thầu và sẵn sàng làm việc tại công trường.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, strong contractor coordination skills, and willing to be stationed on site.
