Civil & Structural Manager (Luxury Villas) / Quản Lý Kết Cấu Biệt Thự Cao Cấp

The C&S Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all civil and structural works for the high-end residential villas area. This includes overseeing piling, foundation, and core & shell construction, as well as hardscape and landscape elements located within each villa's premises. The role ensures construction is delivered to the highest quality standards expected of luxury developments.
Support the Earth work during the initial stage of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the execution of all civil and structural (C&S) works for the villa zone, including:
o Piling and substructure
o Foundations and ground beams
o Superstructure and core & shell construction
o Hardscape and integrated landscape within the villa plots
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure works follow approved designs, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Ensure proper workmanship, high construction quality, and compliance with all relevant standards and codes.
• Monitor progress on site and prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for submission to the Infrastructure & Residential PM.
• Collaborate with MEP, architectural, and finishing teams to ensure smooth integration of C&S works with other disciplines.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues on site promptly and efficiently.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure safety and environmental standards are strictly observed.
• Participate in handover inspections, testing, and quality checks.
