Organize and manage various training programs, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Supervise and coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
Develop and update training materials in line with industry trends and company needs.
Monitor and support student progress, addressing any issues that arise.
Plan and implement internal training sessions to enhance employee skills, focusing on technical and project management areas.
Assist in managing software development projects, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Organize events such as workshops, hackathons, and professional development seminars.
Collaborate with different departments to create customized training programs for clients or external partners.
Job requires patience in communication, well-developed verbal and written skills sufficient to communicate technical and complex data.
Responds to work situations with minimum guidance and may be responsible for guiding and/or reviewing the work of others.
Yêu cầu
Priority given to candidates with a degree in IT, Education Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing training or educational programs, ideally within the tech sector.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Familiarity with software development or IT-related subjects is a plus.
