Mô tả công việc
Contract and payment administration
• Working with team members and relevant functions (Legal - Compliance - General Administration) to prepare all documents for service contracts and payment documents;
• Ensuring timing for paperwork process in compliance with company policies and processing payments in a timely manner.
Mailing and Reporting
• Receiving, preparing, and processing incoming mail/letters.
• Assisting the team in the acquisition of materials, supplies, and samples.
• Keeping complete and accurate records of purchase orders, Spending report, delivery confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, etc.
• Supporting team in meeting minutes and routine reports & documentation
Other administration & execution tasks
• Content admin support on websites/ microsites for approved content by project leads/ dept head.
• Project logistics arrangement to support MKT projects like CSR, events if any, etc.
• Handling relevant office administration duties to serve for business purposes of team only, not individual team member.
