About the RoleWe are looking for an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations at CoderPush. You will work closely with internal teams to manage receivables and payables, payment documentation, internal expenses, accounting records, and related administrative documents.
This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with financial and confidential employee information.
What You Will Do
Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, including following up on outstanding and due payments.
Review payment requests, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Track company income and expenses, advances, reimbursements, and other internal payments.
Maintain accounting records and prepare periodic receivables/payables and internal reports.
Organize and maintain accounting documents, invoices, contracts, and supporting records.
Support the HR team with the preparation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, decisions, and related employee documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and resolve accounting-related matters.
Perform other accounting, administrative and other internal operational tasks as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
College or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, internal accounting, or a similar accounting role.
Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
Basic understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting compliance.
Basic English communication skills, with the ability to work with simple English documents and emails.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a responsible working style.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to handle financial, employee, and company information confidentially and comply with CoderPush's information security, data protection, and ISO 27001-aligned security requirements.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
Experience using accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, or similar tools).
Basic understanding of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, amendments, decisions, and onboarding paperwork.
