GET TO KNOW THE ROLE The team is looking for a talented associate to help the company maintain flawless operation with FMCG partners and develop a revenue stream. As a Commercial FMCG Project Associate, you will be responsible for owning and growing our newest line of business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management (70%)
You will help to create strategies, frameworks, processes and tools frequently to keep evolving and manage all parties performance, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our partners better.
Engage in project planning and execution for all marketing solution projects.
Provide flawless execution to bring our strategy to life. This includes merchant promotion planning and setup, media asset rollout, route-to-market logistic planning, etc.
Have a keen eye for details to understand business performance and provide optimization promptly and accurately.
You will serve as the point of contact between multiple internal stakeholders (i.e. Food, Mart, Ads, Marketing, Transport, Content, Legal, etc.) and ensure maintaining performance and quality consistently.
You will ensure that issues of concern are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.
Account Management (30%)
You engage with FMCG partners and build strong business relationships, listening to their needs, feedback and always staying in close communication.
You form marketing campaigns and initiatives together with FMCG partners, agencies and merchants to add value to users, forming a win-win value exchange model.
You help drive growth and high ROI, ensuring that partners are growing together with the company. Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner and optimize them for long-term success.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in Account Management, Project Management and/or
Business Development.
Curious and playful mindset with numbers and data; wants to know how the business runs, how data can make the work easier and better.
You have a good sense of planning/project management and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a touch of patience and carefulness.
You can work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
You can articulate and communicate well.
You can use and analyze large amounts of data to provide practical insights and comprehensive solutions.
You have strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to senior-level management.
You have a start-up attitude - willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced environment.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary: VND 15,000,000 gross
100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
