Lead and manage all customs clearance activities, ensuring timely export of finished vehicles, aftersales parts, and charging station equipment.
Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and international trade requirements in export markets.
Manage the selection, evaluation, and performance of logistics service providers and 3PL partners (freight forwarders).
Develop, monitor, and control logistics budgets, including transportation, customs clearance, and related operational costs.
Manage payment processes for logistics service providers, including PR/PO creation, document verification, and payment approval.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve logistics, customs, and export-related issues.
Track logistics KPIs and implement cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Customs, Import/Export, or Supply Chain functions; leadership experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, international transportation, Incoterms, and global trade regulations.
Proven experience managing 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
