• Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
- Work with KPC sales and other suppliers on supply nominations, reviewing pro-forma invoices and collecting all relevant documents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with oil suppliers.
- Working with new suppliers performing due diligence and reviewing KYCs
• Contract / Legal Dept.
- Establishing NSRP contracts
- Reviewing other companies' contracts and what is acceptable and not acceptable to NSRP
- Representing NSRP interests and requirements in contract negotiations, especially when working with international companies, and in particular when something goes wrong.
• Supply Development / Commercial
Develop crude oil sources all over the world and develop contacts.
- Develop relationships for NSRP directly with the suppliers
Investigate qualities, quantities, timings, shipping options, as per the LP results and instructions, and NSRP requirements
- Chase all sources that may benefit NSRP
- General
business development as required by NSRP
- Stay abreast of global market developments, changes, opportunities
- Keep detailed, organized records of transactions
• Reporting: Prepare accurate reports according to the expectations of upper management.
• Policy and procedure
- Support and maintain in the development of oil and other hydrocarbons
purchasing procedures.
- Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
• Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management preferred, business administration or other relevant field (MBA, CPA recommended but not required)
• Preferably 4-8 years experience of Trading, Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Good understanding of Accounting and Finance. Oil and Gas industry experience a plus.
• English: Advanced Level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
