Mô tả công việc
1. Content creation/Collaboration: 60%
- Delivering materials, guidelines, and targeted messages to support the timely deployment of Product Marketing.
- Responsible for Communication content: PR articles, Website content, Social content, Adverstiment Adworks...
- Collaborate to develop content guidelines for external partners to ensure consistency with marketing strategy.
- Liaise with the Laboration team and external scientific/Doctor associations to gather accurate information and validate content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional material with the overall marketing strategy.
- Establish and enforce a clear content management process using standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely execution of projects.
- Maintain strong relationship with public relation partners to control Risk & build brand reputation.
2. Communication/Project management: 40%
- Strategize, implement, and manage the distribution process; ensuring content reaches the intended audience through optimized channels.
- Evaluate and track content distribution and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and manage external partners to ensure the quality and validity of content postings.
- Being Content Monitor, ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and restrictions on IVDs-related content.
- Collaborate with legal/laboration/Expertise teams to verify the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in content management, preferably in healthcare or medical field.
- Strong understanding on communication platforms and formats.
- Ability to visualize communication ideas via marketing tools (Video/simple design)
- Strong communication skill to work with KOLs and other partners/vendors
