+ Internal communication :
• Attend and take pictures for seminars/ customer events.
• Write and publish short news on company social media channels
• Arrange pictures & contents for publishing magazines. Follow up with design team to get final design.
• Manage all information on channels Facebook, youtube of ADM animal nutrition Vietnam
• Collect internal company news such as news articles, audio, images (internal) from all departments.
• Organize internal activities
• Translate into Vietnamese or vice versa Corporate News ; documents to circulate in Vietnam
+ External communication :
• Build relationship with reporters in the Industry.
• Follow up Advertising schedule with Media & Brand team
• Send out Press release and Advertising maquettes to Media
• Accompany with Communication Manager to meet, interviews and communicate with customers
+ Event :
• To plan, get quotation, organize & report after events finish
• Support Communication Manager to organize :
o Company events such as: Company trip ; Year end party (3 sites with over 1,000 attendees)
o Corporate events such as : Plant Grand Opening, M&A projects
o Brand events : partnership signing ceremony, customer seminars, Annual football cup
• Apply for all sponsorship activities : Sponsor for Nong Lam University
+ Admin works and other assigned works from Communication Manager
